Trading Preferences: Your configured settings such as slippage tolerance, default trade amounts, and copy trading preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

Copy Trading and Leaderboard: Calculating and displaying anonymized trading performance data on the leaderboard. Wallet addresses on the leaderboard are truncated and cannot be used to identify you

Service Improvement: Analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve the Service
Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

3. Private Key Security

Your private key security is critically important. Here is how we handle it:

Encryption at Rest: Private keys are encrypted using industry-standard encryption algorithms before storage. We never store private keys in plain text.
Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between you and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.
Access Controls: Only the automated trading system can decrypt and use your private key to execute trades you have authorized.
Key Export: You may export your private key at any time through the bot. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup at all times.
Key Import: You may import your own existing private key instead of generating a new one through the bot.

3.1 No Guarantee of Security

While we implement robust security measures, no security system is impenetrable. Despite our use of industry-standard encryption, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of your private keys, wallet, funds, or any other data. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risk that security measures may be circumvented, breached, or otherwise compromised through means beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: advanced persistent threats, zero-day vulnerabilities, social engineering, or state-sponsored attacks.

You assume all risk associated with the storage of your encrypted private key on our systems. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for regularly exporting and backing up your private key independently.

4. Data Storage and Retention

4.1 Where We Store Data

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption, access controls, and regular security monitoring.

4.2 How Long We Keep Data

Active Accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and you use the Service
Transaction Records: Trade history is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for dispute resolution and legal compliance
After Account Deletion: When you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
Compliance and Legal Records: Certain records, including anonymized transaction logs and compliance data, may be retained for up to 7 years as required or permitted by applicable law
Blockchain Data: Transaction hashes and on-chain data recorded on the Klever blockchain (or any blockchain) are immutable and permanent. We have no ability to delete, modify, or control blockchain data, and such data is not subject to deletion requests.
Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage data that cannot be used to identify individual users may be retained indefinitely

5. Data Sharing

We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

Blockchain Transactions: Trades executed through the Service are recorded on the Klever blockchain, which is public and immutable. Your wallet address and transaction details are visible on-chain to anyone.
Leaderboard Data: If you participate in copy trading, your anonymized trading performance (truncated wallet address, PnL, win rate) may be displayed on the public leaderboard.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, governmental regulation, or lawful request by public authorities.
Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.

6. Government and Legal Requests

If we receive a valid subpoena, court order, regulatory inquiry, or other lawful request from a governmental authority or law enforcement agency, we may be required to disclose your data, including but not limited to your Telegram user ID, wallet addresses, transaction history, and encrypted private keys.

We may not be able to notify you before, during, or after such disclosure if prohibited by law, court order, or the nature of the investigation. We are not liable for any consequences, losses, damages, or harm resulting from legally compelled disclosure of your data, and you waive any claims against VoltixAI arising from such disclosure.

You have the right to:

Access Your Data: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Export Your Keys: Export your private key at any time through the bot
Delete Your Account: Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to retention requirements and blockchain immutability)
Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format
Withdraw Consent: Stop using the Service at any time. Export your private key first to retain access to your wallet independently.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, each with their own privacy policies:

Telegram: Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy. Telegram may independently store, process, analyze, and share your data (including messages sent to the bot) according to their own policies and practices. We have no control over Telegram's data collection, storage, retention, or sharing practices.
Klever Blockchain: Transactions on the Klever blockchain are public, permanent, and immutable. We have no control over blockchain data. Any data recorded on-chain cannot be deleted or modified by anyone.
AI Services: AI-powered features process your commands through third-party AI providers. Commands are processed in real-time. AI providers may have their own data retention and processing policies which are outside our control.

We explicitly disclaim all liability for the data practices, privacy policies, security measures, or actions of any third-party service.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Notification of a breach is provided as a courtesy and informational measure. It does not constitute an admission of fault, liability, or negligence. VoltixAI is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from any data breach, regardless of cause. We will not reimburse any stolen funds, lost cryptocurrency, or other financial losses resulting from a breach. Upon receiving breach notification, you are solely responsible for taking immediate action to protect your assets, including exporting your private key and transferring funds to a secure wallet.

12. International Users

The Service is available globally. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your data as described in this Privacy Policy, which may include transfers to jurisdictions that do not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the bot or our official channels. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
